Refund policy

At Home & Manor, we stand behind the quality and service of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience.  We will do our best to make thing right if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us to return or exchange your item(s) with 30 days of the purchase date, with proof of purchase.  

We will always do our best to take care of customers.  Our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably.  We have long believed that when we treat our customer fairly, they in turn fair with us.  Upon receipt your return, item will be inspected, and exchanges, credit or refund will be issued for the purchase price. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
